From March 17 to 19, the 26th China International Agrochemical & Crop Protection Exhibition was held at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. As a global benchmark event for the agrochemical industry, this exhibition gathered thousands of well-known enterprises from both China and abroad. XGEN ROBOT, an integrated intelligent logistics solution provider, made its appearance at Booth C25 in Hall 8.2. As one of the few high-tech enterprises in the industry capable of providing one-stop intelligent factory solutions covering warehousing, line-side operations, packaging, and inbound/outbound logistics, the company showcased its new solution at this exhibition, bringing a new model for intelligent upgrading in the agrochemical industry.
In the agrochemical field, traditional loading operations have long faced dual challenges of efficiency and safety, becoming a key bottleneck in achieving full-chain integration of one-stop intelligent factories. In the past, enterprises mainly relied on two approaches for automation transformation, each with its own limitations:
Traditional automated loading: mostly adopts mechanical equipment + fixed rail design. Although basic automation can be achieved, it requires large-scale on-site modification and high cost. When dealing with mixed vehicle types such as flatbed trucks and wing-opening trucks, compatibility and flexibility are insufficient, making it difficult to adapt.
Manual loading: relies on manually driven forklifts, which are affected by driving habits, skill levels, and working hours. Slight negligence may easily cause cargo damage or collapse. At the same time, loading and unloading data cannot be directly connected to enterprise systems, and information delays increase the difficulty of full-chain transparent management.
A new intelligent loading solution for soft-pack packaging was developed to break the deadlock
To address these pain points, XGEN ROBOT launched a new soft package intelligent loading solution, achieving a comprehensive breakthrough over traditional loading methods through advanced vision, sensing, and AI technologies:
Fast Deployment, Flexible Adaptation
Unlike traditional solutions that require large-scale reconstruction, this solution requires only minimal on-site modification. By deploying a single “Eagle Eye” scanning radar, truck type and parking position can be quickly identified. The solution integrates continuously evolving AI technology, using external laser scanning for precise positioning. The upper-level system intelligently plans cargo positions and guides FMR (Forklift Mobile Robot) to complete fully unmanned operations from picking to loading.
The solution is also compatible with multiple vehicle types such as flatbed trucks, wing-opening trucks, and containers, significantly reducing transformation costs and technical adaptation difficulty, enabling “one solution, multiple applications” flexible loading.
Full-Chain Intelligence, Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement
The new solution can seamlessly connect with customer TMS and WMS systems. Through the integration of AI agents and management scheduling systems, it achieves a fully unmanned closed loop from vehicle recognition, cargo planning, to autonomous FMR picking and automatic loading.
This not only eliminates safety risks and efficiency fluctuations caused by manual handling at the source, but also enables seamless data flow of loading and unloading operations and full-chain visual management, making logistics scheduling more efficient and decision-making more precise.
Focusing on the agrochemical industry trend of “AI integration, green and efficiency,” XGEN ROBOT’s solution centers on technology integration and precisely meets enterprises’ deep needs for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. In terms of efficiency, FMR intelligent forklifts support 24/7 continuous operation without shifts, significantly improving loading and unloading efficiency. In terms of energy saving, FMR adopts pure electric and dual-motor drive technology, improving overall energy efficiency by more than 15%, helping enterprises achieve greener logistics practices in line with low-carbon development requirements.
Live broadcasts from the exhibition booth directly addressed industry pain points, and new solutions unlocked diverse applications
On the second day of the exhibition, XGEN ROBOT’s booth hosted a live demonstration session of the soft package intelligent loading solution. Technical engineers, solution planners, and key account managers interpreted the unique value and benefits of the new loading system for agrochemical and other industries from technical, solution, and market perspectives.
In response to the soft package settlement issue mentioned in the live comments, technical staff explained that XGEN ROBOT’s counterbalanced FMR, relying on load weighing modules and laser sensing technology, can monitor pallet spacing and stacking status in real time during double-layer stacking operations. When deviations are detected, the vehicle can quickly adjust its posture to ensure precise alignment of double-layer soft package goods, effectively improving operational stability.
Regarding the industry value and market prospects of the new solution, pre-sales staff stated that the intelligent loading system eliminates safety risks caused by manual operations. The dual-fork synchronous handling design of FMR enables a multiple increase in loading efficiency. In a traditional chemical state-owned enterprise, XGEN ROBOT’s solution achieved the result of unloading a full truck with 36 pallets in just 25 minutes.
More importantly, the new solution is adaptable to all-weather indoor and outdoor operations, providing flexible combinations for continuous warehouse logistics circulation. Its value is not limited to loading: after completing loading and unloading, FMR can also connect production lines and warehouses, seamlessly integrating with conveyors and other transfer equipment. Through the dual integration of hardware and data, the solution effectively fills the “breakpoints” and “gaps” in in-warehouse material circulation, enabling multi-purpose use and helping enterprises achieve a very high return on investment.
Because of the high flexibility of XGEN ROBOT’s solution, leading enterprises in food, beverage, agrochemical, and chemical industries have chosen XGEN ROBOT Intelligence, resulting in multiple successful collaborations.
From a benchmark for smart warehouses to a breakthrough in vehicle installations, XGEN ROBOT takes another step forward
On March 18, the agrochemical industry media Agricultural Materials and Market visited the XGEN ROBOT booth and conducted an in-depth interview with XGEN ROBOT Marketing Director Feng Anshun.

Mr. Feng Anshun stated: “XGEN ROBOT has been deeply engaged in intelligent logistics for 22 years, helping leading enterprises in phosphate fertilizer, chemical fertilizer, and pesticide sectors achieve full-chain intelligent breakthroughs from warehouse to production line, from packaging to inbound and outbound operations. We have successively implemented the industry’s first intelligent warehouse system and dark factory intelligent handling warehouse projects. Today, the launch of the soft package intelligent loading solution not only adds an ‘accelerator’ to one-stop smart agrochemical factory inbound and outbound operations, but also fills the industry gap in intelligent loading of soft packs, ton bags, and small packages. This deeply AI-integrated solution, with low investment, fast deployment, and high efficiency, is helping enterprises complete the ‘last mile’ of intelligent logistics.”
