Word of Mouth Goes Viral丨15+ Commendation Letters Unlock XGEN ROBOT’s Hard-Core Delivery Capability!

    2026-07-01

Recently, XGEN ROBOT has been receiving a wave of positive feedback and praise. More than ten consecutive letters of recognition from clients have ignited discussions across the intelligent logistics industry.

From long-term partners who have completed dozens of repeat purchases expressing sincere gratitude, to clients across packaging, machinery, pharmaceuticals, and chemical industries offering high praise—each commendation letter filled with trust is not only the strongest recognition of XGEN ROBOT’s solutions, software and hardware products, and comprehensive delivery capability, but also the highest honor for our project teams’ professionalism, service mindset, and sense of responsibility.

Today, we step into four of these teams to uncover the stories behind the honors through a Q&A format.

    Tian Di (Changzhou) Project

Technical Breakthrough | Building an End-to-End Multi-System Integration Network

    Interview Question

Tian Di (Changzhou) Automation Co., Ltd. has issued a commendation, highly recognizing XGEN ROBOT’s professional capabilities. It is understood that this project involves tens of thousands of SKU categories, and at the same time requires XGEN ROBOT’s WMS warehouse management system to be interconnected with multiple enterprise management systems on the client side.

Faced with such a highly complex project, what is our response strategy?

    He Gong Answer:

WMS Software Engineer at XGEN ROBOT

The challenges of this project were particularly significant. The massive SKU management combined with deep multi-system integration placed extremely high demands on system compatibility and stability. Daily warehouse location, goods, and inventory management are standard functions of a WMS system. However, once too many external systems are integrated, the original system architecture can easily become redundant and processes may become disorganized.

Fortunately, when building the WMS system’s underlying framework, we made forward-looking arrangements by separating standardized business from customized business into different layers. Standard warehouse management requirements were quickly implemented through standardized modules, while highly customized multi-system integration needs were handled by independent non-standard development teams. The two systems operate independently yet collaboratively, ensuring stable core warehouse operations while perfectly adapting to high-demand customer scenarios, ultimately achieving seamless multi-system data interoperability and sharing.

Our system supports scenarios with large SKU volumes. The WMS system pre-caches all product information, allowing customers to quickly search by item number online, with pagination and filtering support. When creating inbound or outbound orders, users can directly retrieve product data from the current document page. For category management, product attributes can be individually configured, making all data clear at a glance. Even with tens of thousands of SKUs, daily inbound and outbound operations remain orderly and efficient.

    Nanchang Yaoqi Project

Rapid Response | Driving Continuous Repeat Purchases Through Service Excellence

    Interview Question:

Nanchang Yaoqi is a long-term partner we have worked with many times. This time, they sent us a commendation letter, and together with more than 20 repeat purchase records, it fully demonstrates the client’s high level of recognition.

In such a long-term partnership, what aspect of our service do they value the most?

    Cao Gong Answer:

Dispatch & Implementation Engineer at XGEN ROBOT

The most frequently mentioned feedback from clients is our extremely efficient response capability. We establish dedicated communication groups with each client to ensure regular communication. At the same time, we set internal service standards: respond to client inquiries within 5 minutes, and resolve system issues within 30 minutes.

At times, clients also ask: “What time do you actually get off work?” In reality, what matters more than time is habit. Once we see a message notification in the group, we instinctively respond immediately, because we understand that warehouse systems and equipment operations are directly tied to clients’ supply and production—any interruption may cause significant losses.

Trust leads to confidence. Whether it is completing project deployment in 10 days, providing follow-up site visits, remote maintenance, or after-sales support, we actively communicate and collaborate with clients on every request and issue. After dozens of collaborations, both sides have long gone beyond a simple supplier-client relationship and become close partners who achieve success together.

    Anhui Automation Company Project

Advanced Delivery | Rapidly Turning Customer Requirements into Implemented Projects

    Interview Question:

As is well known in the industry, on-time delivery in intelligent warehousing projects depends on full-chain capabilities, including in-house R&D and manufacturing of both software and hardware, overall project coordination, and multi-party resource integration.

Only a very small number of companies in the industry are capable of “advanced delivery.” In this project, we achieved rapid implementation and on-site deployment. How did the team accomplish this?

    Shi Xiaolong Answer:

    Project Manager at XGEN ROBOT

At the beginning of the Anhui project, we clarified two key points: first, the client was implementing intelligent warehousing for the first time; second, it was our first collaboration with them. To provide sufficient time for subsequent personnel training and on-site coaching, we had already prepared a full project timeline before entering the site.

The team pre-organized and finalized equipment production schedules, logistics timelines, on-site installation sequences, and staffing plans. In addition, multiple contingency plans were prepared. With this forward planning, we completed the entire intelligent warehouse within just over four months.

The client handed over the site at the end of March this year. Power connection was completed in April, system integration in May, and trial operation began successfully in June. The entire project progressed smoothly and rapidly.

Even more importantly, during this tight construction period, we also assisted the client in conducting secondary requirement research and system upgrades. After one month of dedicated optimization, the system achieved a 99.9% operational accuracy rate under stress testing with more than 4,000 inbound and outbound sorting tasks—helping the client achieve an outstanding “flash delivery” success.

    Jiangsu Aosaikang Project

United as One Across the Entire Project Team | Solving Customers’ Most Urgent Needs

    Interview Question:

In the customer’s commendation letter, they specifically mentioned that this retrofit warehouse project involved many non-standard and highly complex challenges. However, we still ensured high-quality and efficient delivery throughout the process, fully reflecting a customer-centric service philosophy.

Could you share the specific on-site problem-solving process in detail?

    Li Aoqi Answer:

    Project Manager at XGEN ROBOT

Every project site presents many challenges, but we always put the customer first. In this project, the client planned to build a four-way shuttle dense storage system, which required high efficiency in equipment integration and system response speed. Initially, warehouse slot allocation was handled by a third party, while our WCS system was responsible for command transmission. However, the third-party implementation encountered multiple bottlenecks, and the client requested that we take over the slot allocation function to complete the end-to-end information flow and ensure project progress.

In response to this sudden change, we did not simply stick to the original work order. Instead, we proactively brought in experts and fully supported the client’s evolving requirements and timeline. At XGEN ROBOT, each project is supported by dedicated teams covering project management, design, electrical, mechanical, and software disciplines. For this additional software requirement, we urgently dispatched software engineers to the site. After understanding the client’s needs, the engineers immediately initiated internal development processes. With full team coordination, we completed the development, modification, and debugging of the new function in just two weeks, and successfully passed client validation and acceptance.

We use a “no waiting for customers” approach and highly efficient responsiveness to help resolve challenges and earn strong client recognition.

One honor is one motivation; one recognition is one reminder of our original mission. From deep cultivation of domestic projects to expanding into overseas markets; from tackling on-site implementation challenges to continuous software innovation; from efficient delivery of standard projects to attentive long-term maintenance support—every project team and every XGEN ROBOT employee is practicing the company philosophy of “Customer First, Mission Accomplished” through concrete actions.
