Targeting the gap in intelligent applications within the truck loading and unloading market, XGEN ROBOT’s intelligent truck loading solution made its debut at the Tokyo exhibition.
The 2.5T Counterbalance FMR connects with curtain-side trucks. Through the coordinated operation of global perception, an intelligent control system, and a dispatching system, the FMR performs precise positioning, batch palletizing, and intelligent loading and unloading.
After unloading is completed, a transportation command is automatically triggered, allowing the FMR to travel between the loading dock and warehouse area. Multiple safety protection features built into the vehicle provide safety throughout the operation.
By eliminating waiting time and mismatches associated with manual loading and unloading, the solution makes operations faster, more stable, and less labor-intensive.
2. Warehouse Connection and Temporary Storage
The Narrow Aisle FMR, featuring high-lift forks and a compact body design, can be efficiently used for pallet storage and retrieval in multi-level racking systems as well as floor-level temporary storage.
Its high-density storage capabilities can maximize warehouse space utilization. Supported by a unified intelligent dispatching system, the compact FMR can travel between temporary storage points and production lines as needed, supporting material replenishment and data connectivity from temporary storage areas to production lines.
This enables real-time visibility, traceability, and optimization of storage locations, goods, and equipment status throughout the process.
From then on, problems such as disorganized storage and discrepancies between physical inventory and records can be reduced, making warehouse management more transparent and data-driven.
3. Production Line Connection
The top-lifting latent AGV can precisely connect with conveyor lines and production-line workstations. By matching the production rhythm of the factory, it provides materials on time and supports automatic exchange between empty and full containers, keeping material transfer running without interrupting production.
The integration of intelligent equipment and digital systems ensures precise material supply to production lines and takes flexible production and warehousing to the next level.
4. Indoor and Outdoor Transportation
The Counterbalance FMR supports seamless switching between indoor and outdoor operating scenarios.
